Michael J. Fox first achieved stardom during his role as Alex P. Keaton on the hit sitcom, “Family Ties.” His obvious talent awarded him three Emmy's during the course of the series.
A gifted actor, Fox has starred in successful roles in “Back to the Future,” “Teen Wolf,” “The Secret of My Success,” “Light of Day,” “ Bright Lights, Big City” and “Casualties of War.”
While filming the series “Spin City,” Fox announced he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Dedicated to finding a cure, Fox launched the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in May of 2000, and continues to raise awareness on a global scale.
